Saris Bike Beam adjustable top-tube adapter for carrying bikes with step-through, sloping or non-traditional frames on hanging-style bike racks. Installs between the seatpost and stem to create a secure horizontal mounting point, with an adjustable telescoping design to suit a wide range of bikes. A handy accessory for Saris and other compatible hanging racks. Used condition with normal cosmetic marks, and appears complete and ready to use.
