Shipping policy

Sports Circle offers delivery throughout New Zealand for online orders and for items displayed in store that are purchased for later delivery.

Estimated delivery time

• Orders are processed after payment is confirmed.
• Most in-stock orders are delivered within 5-7 business days within New Zealand.
• If an item requires oversize freight or special handling, delivery may take longer and we will confirm the timeframe with you after purchase.

Delivery costs

• Small items: NZD $10 standard delivery, NZD $15 rural delivery.
• Medium items: NZD $15 standard delivery, NZD $20 rural delivery.
• Large items: NZD $20 standard delivery, NZD $25 rural delivery.
• Oversize freight items: NZD $120 within New Zealand, excluding the Chatham Islands.
• The delivery charge for each item is shown at checkout before payment. For items ordered in store for later delivery, the delivery cost is confirmed before payment is completed.

Store collection

• Orders may also be collected in store during opening hours where collection is available.
