Atomic Backland FR 109 in 182cm, mounted with Marker Kingpin touring bindings — a capable freeride-touring setup for soft snow, sidecountry missions and backcountry laps. At 109mm underfoot, these have plenty of float for powder days while still being light enough for the skin track. The Kingpin binding gives efficient uphill travel with a more confidence-inspiring alpine-style heel for the descent. A great option for an advanced skier wanting a one-ski touring/freeride setup without paying new-season prices.
